Roles and responsibilities include: Client intake, opening files, correspondence, diarizing, client follow ups and updates, communication with opposing counsel’s office, managing schedules, assisting with settlement completion, electronic and paper filing, file organization, monthly invoicing, A/R collections, file closing.

We’re hiring a litigation lawyer for a 1-year contract

Vibrant, growing, community law firm seeks litigation/employment associate with litigation experience for a 10 to 12 month contract to cover a parental leave. Start date February 1, 2017.

Primary focus of practice will be civil litigation, including employment, human rights, commercial disputes, property, estates and other general civil litigation. Work with a litigation team which includes partner, associate, paralegal and law clerk support.
